Hi, my name is yeasin

I am a proud Bangladeshi-Bronx native.

I attend a career technical school in Chelsea, Manhattan where I’m a senior photo/digital media major.

As I progress and grow, my perspective of the world widens. My passion for photography and digital media has become a catalyst for personal growth and introspection. I have started my own magazine, YeasinsGallery, to explore and make sense of these perspectives through my art.

Empowering Communities through Art

Through creative photography projects and curated content, I aim to bring my generation of South-Asian-Americans together, highlighting themes of Desi culture, media representation, and various issues within the communities.

I strive to empower our diverse and expansive minds to contribute to forward dialogue and build a stronger community for our success and posterity.

Empowering Through Diversity

As a proud first-gen immigrant from the Bronx and a part of various communities, I see my background and diversity as my biggest asset.

I volunteer and provide my skills to movements and attend programs where I am the only person from these communities and the Bronx, allowing me to represent and empower those who are underrepresented.

I do not see ethnicity, religion, or culture as a disadvantage, but rather, as a valuable asset that allows me to bring unique perspectives and experiences to my work.

My work is an embodiment of my vast vision. Enjoy.

CONTEMPORARY COLLECTION

In my photography, I am particularly drawn to capturing the fluidity and grace of human movement. The ability to freeze a moment in time and observe the human form in new and unique ways is deeply mesmerizing to me.

I am constantly in awe of the beauty and grace of the human body and it's my mission to showcase it in my art.

A WORLD OF COLLIDING SHAPES

I am drawn to the intersection of lines and shapes in my photography compositions. My unique perspective, shaped by my ADHD, has given me a natural eye for symmetry and balance, playing a crucial role in my work.

Throughout my journey as a photographer, my fascination with perfection and simplicity has honed my skills in composing scenes with ease and precision, resulting in visually stunning and impactful art.

Each of my images is a carefully crafted, where the interplay of light, shadow, and geometric forms tell a story that is both captivating and thought-provoking. My art is a reflection of my ongoing quest to perfect the simplicity and elegance, resulting in a style that is one-of-a-kind.
